Leader & Team Development
We collaborate with our clients to design and execute programs to achieve full engagement and well being in the midst of significant challenges. Our programs create a sense of belonging and shared leadership to achieve core organizational and developmental goals using evidence-based tools to improve courageous communication, creativity and social support.
01.
We often begin working with leaders and teams by administering an assessment of their current situation. Baseline assessments may include components of The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety, Courageous Cultures and/or Equity and Inclusion. These assessment results serve as a benchmark to surface the current barriers to ethical, courageous, inclusive and inspired action.
02.
We also use these results to customize our content for highly-interactive leader and team development learning sessions. Working directly with real-life examples, we empower our clients to see and transform unhelpful patterns into values-aligned, supportive approaches. Using our evidence-based tools including compassion and positive emotions, courageous mindsets, values embodiment, Stress Profiles, and Social Fitness Training (™), participants build the cognitive understanding and muscle memory necessary for courageous action under pressure. Participants consistently report they are able to apply the learnings from our sessions immediately to improve current stressful situations.
03.
Following the learning sessions, leaders and teams reinforce their new behaviors through Courageous Collaboration sessions. Here participants dive into current dynamics in the workplace, exploring problematic scenarios in the team or organization and analyzing the influences and impacts in those scenarios. Participants identify and practice alternative, inclusive and equitable responses in relationships. Participants also learn to co-create changes to processes and systems, reinforcing a culture of courage, collaboration and inclusion.
04.
We evaluate our programs with a Post-Program Assessment. Through the second assessment we measure the improvements realized through the learning sessions as well as identify any ongoing behavioral or systemic patterns requiring further attention.
